Caitlin is an experienced Immigration Attorney licensed in the State of New York.
As an American citizen born in the United Kingdom and raised in the United Arab Emirates, Caitlin is intimately familiar with the many immigration issues that arise in our interconnected world.
Caitlin has several years’ experience representing immigrants and their families before US Embassies, US immigration courts, USCIS offices, and US Asylum Offices. She has served on panels and led speaking engagements concerning changes to US immigration law, published articles in legal journals and mainstream media outlets, and been sought for legal analysis and commentary by the media.
Prior to focusing on US immigration law, Caitlin served as OFAC compliance counsel for US individuals, businesses, and organizations dealing with Iran sanctions, and led negotiations with representatives of the US and foreign governments regarding confidential issues concerning human rights and national security. Caitlin approaches all of her advocacy with patience, humour, compassion, and a fierce dedication to justice.
